4 - Engineering

In our implementation phase, we delegated our efforts in both backend and frontend development. For the backend, we focused on integrating and refining data collected through our scrapers, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Key libraries like Prisma were instrumental in managing our database interactions. The frontend team, utilized React and Next.js to implement our final design.

We also directed our efforts towards ensuring responsive design and optimizing performance, considering the extensive dataset. We leveraged tools like AWS Lambda for efficient backend operations and Vercel for effective frontend deployment.

Another important aspect of our implementation was the use of PlanetScale for database management. This choice was driven by PlanetScale's robust scalability and its compatibility with our project's needs.
